How to Choose a Bag Making Machine for Your Product

A practical checklist for matching bag style, material, dimensions, output, and downstream packing.

Start with the finished bag

The most reliable selection process begins with the bag you need to sell. Prepare a physical sample or dimensional drawing that shows seal position, handle, flap, gusset, printing, perforation, and packing format.

Confirm the film structure

HDPE, LDPE, OPP, CPP, laminated films, and recycled blends behave differently during feeding, sealing, and cutting. Share the material and thickness range before machine configuration.

Define realistic output

Target output should be considered together with bag size, film quality, print registration, and collection method. Stable saleable output matters more than an isolated maximum-speed figure.

Review the complete workflow

Include roll loading, punching, folding, counting, stacking, roll collection, labor needs, and factory power. A balanced line reduces bottlenecks after the sealing station.
